Paul Edwards,MD,FACC

Dr. Edwards is an Interventional Cardiologist at HIC. Dr. Edwards obtained his medical education at the University of  West Indies in Kingston Jamaica. He underwent advanced postgraduate training in Medicine at the Princess Margaret Hospital in Nassau, Bahamas and at the Louis A. Weiss Memorial Hospital in Chicago, United States.

 He completed Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology Fellowships at Wayne State University  Medical Center in Detroit, United States. Dr. Edwards is US board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology. In addition
to his Interventional Cardiology training, Dr. Edwards has Level 2 training  in Nuclear Cardiology and is competent in the performance and interpretation of non-invasive cardiac imaging techniques including all aspects of echocardiography.

Dr. Edwards has published and presented his research works at cardiovascular scientific meetings. Dr. Edwards is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and has a clinical faculty appointment in the Department of Medicine  at the University of the West Indies.
